What’s the minimum credit score required?

Our minimum required credit score to obtain funding is generally 650. To qualify for preferred rates, we require a minimum 726 credit score.

How much experience do I need to qualify?

We work with both experienced and newer investors, but we prefer borrowers with at least 2 completed flips.

Do you allow second liens?

No. We only loan in first-lien positions and do not allow 2nd liens behind ours.

Is there an income requirement?

No. We do not require traditional income verification.

Do you require tax returns or income verification?

We have not required tax returns to date, but we are considering requesting two years of tax returns in the future.

What states do you lend in?

We currently lend in VA, NC, SC, GA, TN, and IN.

Do you require draws, or do you fund the rehab upfront?

We typically fund rehab costs through draw requests rather than upfront disbursements.
